Note: This option will work on New Entries.

• If Item Stock and Item Register Stock does not match then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.
• The user can view Item Stock of paracetamol is '200' Qty.

• When the user open Item Stock Register, the stock of paracetamol is '180' Qty.

In order to resolve the mismatch between Item Stock and Item Stock Register, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• The user needs to Refresh Item.

If issue still not resolve the user needs to follow the below process:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Add Less'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Add Less' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Add/Less entries will not effect stock position. Type #7%' option, theuser can view '#7%' has already been mentioned.

• In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to remove the '#7%' from this option.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the mismatch between Item Stock and Item Register Stock will get resolved in Marg Software.

1. Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.

2. An 'Items' window will appear.

3. The user will press 'F4' key on the item in which balance Mismatch.

4. Click on 'Register'. The user will mention the date range and click on 'Ledger'.

5. The Item Register will open. Now the user will press 'Enter' key on the particular entry in which stock is mismatched.

6. The entry will get open, click on 'Modify'. Now the user will delete the Item and Relaod it.

7. Resave the bill.
