Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "Doctor" > Click on Accept > There is one option shown > "Save 3-Both 1-Customer 2-Doctor N-No Name if not Exit" ---Change that option as "1" > Then press esc key and save.
