If at the time of saving changes in control room software displays an alert of ' 2nd discount not less in bill ' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Ledger wise Outstanding”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ledger wise Outstanding' window will appear.

• In 'Salesman wise Ledger & Outstanding. Type #7%' option, the user will remove '#7%' from this option.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the '2nd discount not less in bill' alert will be resolved which displays at the time of saving control room setting.
