How to resolve this issue if batch wise appropriate rate not generate ?

Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room > Search in all > Search -- "Generate Rate" > Click on Accept > There is one option shown > "Always-Y / At the time of Purchase-P" ---Change that option as "Y" > Then press esc key and save.
