How to disable Lot Rate window which appear while Billing in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software there is an option of Lot Rate to adjust deal or scheme in Rate.But if user needs to disable this feature then it can easily be done .

In order to disable Lot Rate window which appear while Billing, then the user needs to follow below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Lot Rate'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Lot Rate' window will appear.
  • In 'Deal Adj./Lot Rate Y-Always Ask,N-Ask on /,X-not Required' option, the user will select 'X'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Lot Rate will get disabled while billing.
