How to disable KOT T/f option in Restaurant Setup in Marg Software?

In Marg Software, the users can Transfer 'Kitchen Order Ticket' or KOT from One Table to Another Table in Restaurant Setup. However, the user can disable this KOT T/f option as per the requirement.

In order to disable KOT T/f, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'KOT'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'KOT' window will appear.
  • In 'Party Challans Transfer to Other Party (KOT Table Transfer)' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that KOT T/f option will get disabled in Restaurant Setup in Marg Software.
