Resolving Issue If Company Wise Discount Not Change While Billing

Overview: In Marg ERP Software the user can set company wise discount in order to increase their sales, Goodwill in market etc. However, if the user wants to do billing with Company wise discount and he is not able to do so, then user needs to enable the Item discount first. In order to resolve this issue follow the given Steps:

NOTE: The Company Discount Updation window will appear by pressing F4 key on Billing Window and to apply the Company Discount, the user has to press F3 key on Bill discount Updation window.

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear where the user will search“Item Discount”.

• Then directly click on ‘Accept’.

• An Item Discount window will appear.

• In ‘Item Discount on Sale’, the user will set “Y”.

• The user will press Escape key twice.

• Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’.

After the changes, the user can resolve this issue of not changing the company discount while billing.
