In Marg Software there is an option available for Unlimited Remark which is used to give some Remark on a particular bill. Like, if the user has some Urgent orders to Dispatch then the user can place a Remark of 'Urgent' and at the time of billing this Remark reminds him for Urgent delivery of goods.

In order to enable Unlimited bill remark, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Unlimited Remark'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• An 'Unlimited Remark' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Unlimited Lines for Bill Remark’, the user will select ‘Y’.

• In 'Length of Remark' option, the user will mention the length of remark as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '50'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can enable unlimited Remark window at the time of billing.
