Cause

This issue appears when the customer enabled the conversion option from the setup.In order to disable this option user needs to follow below steps:-

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setup >> Control Room.Press Enter

A Control room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear where the user will search“CONVERSION”.

The user will directly click on“Accept”.

In order to disable the option, in ‘Box Stock in Integer+1-N/Entered BOX-Y/Integer-I with Qty Stock’ the user will set ‘N’

Then, press ESC key twice

To save changes the user will select ‘Yes’.

After following the above process the multi unit stock will not be displayed.
