If Challan Date not show after converting Sale Challan into bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If after converting Sale Challan into Sale Bill, Challan Date does not show in Bill then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: If the user will select this option 'N' then challan record will not delete after converting in Bill and this option will work on new challans created after disabling this option.

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pending'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Pending' window will appear.
  • In 'Delete Challan record after Loading' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Challan Date will show after converting challan into bill.
