If at the time of viewing Today's Gross Profit Report, the Gross Profit of some bills does not show then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause: This issue appears when customer has set special rate for item .

If particular bill Gross profit not show in Today's Gross profit report then it can be easily be resolve in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Special Rate'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Special Rate' window will appear.
  • In 'Loss will not effect on Special Rate Items' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Now the user needs to run Re-Posting.

 After following the above steps, the gross profit of all bills will show proper in Today's Gross profit report.
