• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Discount Statement > Item Discount Analysis.

An 'Abstract'  window will appear.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. From- Enter from which date the user needs to view the Item Discount Analysis Report.

b. To- Enter till which date the user needs to view the Item Discount Analysis Report.

c. Stock Less-Select option as per the requirement.

 No: Select if the user needs to view the report without stock issue transaction.

 Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with stock issue transaction.

Only: Select only if the user needs to view the stock issue report only.

d. Selected Station- If the user needs to view report of any specific station then 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific station.  

e. Selected Area- If the user needs to view report of any specific Area then 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Area.  

f. Selected M.R- If the user needs to view report of any specific M.R then 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific M.R.  

g. Selected Route- If the user needs to view report of any specific Route then 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Route.

h. Selected Party- If the user needs to view report of any specific Party then 'Yes' so it will asking to select the specific Party.  

The user will select 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the Company as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Discount Sale Analysis report.
