In Marg Software, the user can easily view the report of Party-wise Special Dealings which displays the Deals and Discounts given to the Party.

In order to view Party wise Special Dealing Report, the user needs to follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Go to Reports > Inventory Report > Party Special Dealings. 

• A ‘Ledgers’ window will appear.

• The user will select the Party whose Special Dealing Report needs to be viewed.

• Suppose select ‘Narala Pharma'.

Now the user will select the below-mentioned options as per their requirement.

a. Report: The user will select the format of the Report. i.e Simple /columnar.

Suppose select ‘Simple’.

b. Company Discount: Select the option 'Yes' if the user needs to view the report along with the company discount otherwise keep the option 'No'.

c. Product Discount:  Select the option 'Yes' if the user needs to view the report along with the  Item discount otherwise keep the option 'No'.

d. Deal:  Select the option 'Yes' if the user needs to view the report along with the Deals otherwise keep the option 'No'.

e. Rate:  Select the option 'Yes' if the user needs to view the report along with the Rate otherwise keep the option 'No'.

The user will select 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• Now the user can view the Party Wise Special Dealing Report in Marg Software.

• If the user needs to generate the report in ‘Pdf/Excel’, then the user needs to click on the respective icons (as shown below).

• Suppose select ‘PDF’.

After following the above process, the user can generate Party wise Special Dealing Report in PDF Format in Marg Software.
