• Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will click on 'Page Settings'.

• A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Next'.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear in which the user will search 'My Var'.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format My Var' window will appear.

• In 'Self variable MY VAR01', the user will mention the command 'SB_AMO*PRO.SALTAX/100'.

• The user will press 'Page Down' key.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Grand Total'.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Export Tax just below the CR/DR so select and copy the command of CR/DR.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown in below image).

• The user will press 'F1' key to search the command.

• Now, the user will search 'My Var' under Description.

• The user will select the command 'MY_VAR01' and Press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user will add '*2' in command 'MY_VAR01' (as shown in below image).

• If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl +W' key and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key twice in order to exit form this window.

After the following above steps, the user can view that the Tax will get print on Export invoice in Marg Software.
