• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Estimate Format’.

• A 'Estimate Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Grand Total’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Party Ledger Balance below the Bill Discount.

• Therefore, press 'Enter' key and put the command '.LF(1)' below the Bill Discount to add space.

• Now, the user needs to copy both the command of discount (as shown below).

• The user will paste the copied command below the '.LF (1)'(as shown below).

• The user will mention the heading of the Party Ledger Balance as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Last Balance'.

• Now, press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search 'Party Ledger Balance' under Description.

• Now, the user will select the command of 'SL_LDGBAL' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Now, press 'Ctrl +W' key and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.
  

After following the above steps, the user can easily print Party Last Balance in Estimate Format.
