In order to view Stock Report for a particular Reference, the user needs to follow below steps:

• Go to Stocks >> Filtered Stock .

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear. Enter date up to which the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Report Ref. Wise' option the user will select 'Yes' from the drop down. 

• Now user will select 'More Options' as 'Yes'.

• A 'More Options For Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Barcode' option user will mention the Reference No. whose Closing Stock Report user needs to view.

• Suppose mention '123456' Reference No. and  press 'Page Down' key.

• Now user will click on 'Accept'.

• After following the above steps, the Stock Report for a particular Reference No. i.e 123456 will be generated.

• Now user will press 'Alt +P' key.

• In next window, select 'Stock Statement'.

• A 'Stock Statement' window will appear, where the user can set all the options as per the requirement.
  

• Click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View' to view the report.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Stock Report for a particular reference in Marg Software.
