In order to create customer of Girvi/Mortgage, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Transaction >> Girvi/ Mortgage.

• A 'Mortgage/Girvi' window will appear.

• Click on 'Customer Master' option.

• A 'Customer Master' window will appear.

• Click on 'Add' .

• Now you can mention details as per the requirement.

1. Name: Mention the name of the customer.

2. F/H Name: Mention the name of the customer's father, husband or wife as per the requirement.

3. Address: Mention the address of the customer.

4. State: Mention the state of the customer.

5. E-Mail: Mention the E-mail address of the customer.

6. Phone1: Mention the Phone No. of the customer.

7. Phone2: Mention the Alternative Phone No. of the customer.

8. Phone3: Mention the Alternative Phone No. of the customer.

9. Mobile: Mention the Mobile No. of the customer.

10. I.D. Name: Mention the name of the I.D. proof of the customer.

11. I.D. No.: Mention the I.D. No. of the customer.

12. I.D. Image: Select the image of the I.D. proof.

13. Code: The code of the customer is auto pick by the software.

14. City: Mention the city from where the customer belongs.

15. Area: Select Area from where the customer belongs.

16. Pin: Mention the pin code of the place/area where the customer belongs.

17. Interest Type: Select the interest type i.e. Simple or Compound as per the requirement.

18. Interest Rate: Mention Rate of intertest for customer.

19. Compound month: Select month for which the compound interest needs to be applicable. (Only active if user select 'Compound Interest' as interest type)

20. Minimum Interest: Select minimum interest days as per the requirement.

Then click on 'Save' to save the details.
