In order to view Kitty Ledger Member Report, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Transactions > Kitty.

• The user will click on 'Member Ledger'.

The user will select the filters as per the requirement.

a. Kitty/Ledger wise: The user will set on which basis the report needs to be view .i.e Kitty Name, Ledger Name.

b. Members wise Separate: The user will set 'Yes' to view the report for each member separately otherwise, keep the option as 'No'.

 c. Report Path: The user will set path where the report needs to be saved.

Now, click on 'View / Print / Excel' button as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

• The user will select Ledger as per the requirement and press 'Alt+P' key.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or plus '+' key to select a particular Ledger or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Ledgers. 

• Now, click on ' View / Print / Excel' button as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Kitty Member Ledger Report in Kitty in Jewellery Setup of Marg ERP Software.
