• Go to Transactions > Stock Receive > New.

• A 'Stock Receive Entry' window will appear.
• In 'Date' option, the user will feed the entry date as per the requirement.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Stock Feeding (Current)' ledger and press 'Enter' key on it.

• In 'Party No:' option, the user will mention the party number as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '01'

• In 'Description' field, the user will press 'Enter' key twice.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will select the item whose opening stock needs to be feed.
• Suppose select 'Diamond' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Description' window will appear.
• In 'Diamond Pcs' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Again, an 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on 'Diamond'.

• A 'Diamond Detail' window will appear.

a. PCS: The user will mention the opening stock pieces of diamond as per the requirement.

b. WEIGHT: The user will mention the weight of per piece of diamond as per the requirement.

c. PURC. RATE: The user will mention the purchase rate of diamond as per the requirement.

d. SALE RATE: The user will mention the sale rate of diamond as per the requirement.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

• The user can view that the selected item will get load in bill, press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Yes' in order to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Item Stock Opening will get displayed in Jewellery Setup of Marg Software.
