Item weight not pick while billing because wrong type Select in Item Master for Correct follow the below steps :

Go to Master=> Inventory Master=> Item Master=> press F3 on Selected item=> There is the option of Type=> Select=> Gold Ornaments instead of Finished or Raw Gold=> press Enter=> press CTRL + W For Save.
