How to Remove Negative Stock in Jewellery Setup of Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, users can easily delete negative stock from the current stock in the Jewellery Setup.

In order to delete negative stock, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: The user needs to take a Backup of the financial year.

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• The user needs to enter the Password.

• The user will type the direct command ( as shown in below image ).

• Click on 'Run' button.

• Click on 'Minimize' button.

• The user will type the direct command ( REPLACE ALL B_d WITH 0 for B_d<0 ) and click on 'Run' button.

• Click on 'Exit' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the negative stock has been removed from the current stock in Marg ERP Software.
