In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily delete the negative stock from the current stock in Marg Jewellery Setup.

In order to delete negative stock , the user will follow the below steps:

**Important** : Firstly, the user needs to take the Backup of the Financial Year  in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command. Press Enter.

• A Direct command window will appear in which user needs to enter the current date in reverse format and then press enter.

• A command window will appear. Type 'SELECT PRO'. Press enter and type 'BROWS'.

• Click on 'Run'.

• The PRO file will displayed and the user will minimize that file.

• Again type REPLACE ALL B_d WITH 0 for B_d<0 and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on Exit tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, negative stock will get removed from the current stock.
