• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Alteration' Window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the ledger in which area needs to be set.

• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• Now, the user will click on 'Ledger Detail'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.

• Click on 'Modify'.

• In 'Area', the user will set 'No'.

• A 'Select Area' Window will appear.

• The user will select Area as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'N. Delhi.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key and select 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can set Area in Ledger Master of Marg Software.
