If 'State and Country' field does not display in Party Ledger then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

In Marg Software, if State and Country does not display then it can be easily resolved

In order to enable state and country, the user will follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'State'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'State' window will appear.
  • In 'State/Country field required in Party Master' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the State and Country will get displayed in Marg Software.
