If Party Name does not Print in Bill Format then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user does not mention the 'Mail to Name' in ledger details.

Solution:

In order to display Party Name in Print, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • The user will select ledger and press 'Enter' key on it.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

  • Select 'Ledger Detail'.

  • The user will click on 'Modify' button.

  • In 'Mail To' option, the user will mention the Party Name as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

  • Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Party Name will get printed on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

2. A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

3. A 'Formats' window will appear. The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

4. An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear. In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

5. The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

6. A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear. The user will select ‘Item’.

7. The user will use the command '<ORDER.PARNAM,45>'.

8. Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.
