If " Party D.L. No. Expired " alert appears while Billing then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, 'Party D.L. No Expired' alert appears if the user has mentioned either an Incorrect or Expiry DL Number in Party Details.

In order to resolve  'Party D.L. No Expired' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. 

  • The user will select ledger and then press 'Enter' key on it.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

  • The user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

  • Click on 'Modify' button.

  • In 'D.L.No.' option, the user will mention the correct Expiry Date or remove the Date.
  • Suppose remove 'Date'.

  • Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can view the 'Party D.L. No.' alert will get resolved at the time of Billing in Marg ERP Software.
