How to Ban Narcotic and Schedule H, H1 items for a particular party in Marg Software?
- Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. Press Enter.
- A 'Ledger Alteration' Window will be appear.
- The user will press 'F3' function key on the ledger for which the Narcotic and Schedule H, H1 items needs to be ban.
- Select 'Ledger Detail'.
- A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
- The user will click on 'Modify'.
- In 'Narco/Sch-H Item Billing' option, the user will select option according to their requirement i.e. Ban both, Ban Narco etc.
- Suppose select 'Ban Both'.
- Now, press 'Ctrl+W' to Save the changes.
After following the above steps the user can view that the software is not allowing the user to do billing of Narcotic Items.
