If ' Bank Closed ' alert appears while Creating / Modifying / Deleting Bank Entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if while selecting Bank Ledger in Voucher Entry an alert of 'Bank Closed' alert appear then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'Bank Closed' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps: 

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • A 'Ledger Alteration' window will be appear.
  • The user will press 'Enter' key on Bank ledger in which alert showing.

  • Now the user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

  • A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Modify'.

  • In 'Close On', the user will select 'Blank' from the drop down.

  • Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Bank Closed' alert will get resolved in Voucher Entry in Marg Software.
