1. Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. Press Enter.

2. A Ledger Alteration Window will be appear. Press 'F3' function key on that ledger for which the user needs to set item limit.

3. Select 'Other Detail'.

4. A Select ledger other details window will appear. In 'Items' option, the user will mention item limit as per the requirement.

5. Now, press Ctrl+W to Save the changes.
