How to change the Balancing Method of a particular party in Marg ERP Software ?

• Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• Press 'F3' key on the particular ledger in which Balancing method needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Click on 'Ledger Detail'.

• Click on the 'Modify' button.

• In 'Balancing Method' option, the user will select the balancing method i.e. Bill by Bill, On account, etc. from the drop down as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Bill by bill'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can change Balancing Method for particular party in Marg ERP Software.
