In Marg ERP Software, 'Mail to' option facilitates the user to print alternative name of party in invoice printing for some specific purposes.

In ‘Mail To’ option, software automatically picks that name which have been mentioned in ledger name field. However, if user needs to print the bill of particular party with different name then the user can mention it in ‘Mail To’ field.

In order to Add or change Party Mail to Name of selected Ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. 

• The user will select ledger and press 'Enter' key on it.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Select 'Ledger Detail'.

• The user will click on 'Modify' button.

• In 'Mail To' option, the user will mention the Party Name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Ahuja'.

• Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that 'Mail to' Party Name will get printed in Marg ERP Software.
