In Marg Software, the user can maintain Party wise State and Country of the Company ,the user can also Enable or Disable the option in Party Master.

In order to Disable state and country option in party master, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'State'.

• Now, click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'State' window will appear.

• In 'State/Country field required in Party Master' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can  view State and Country option will get disabled from the party detail window in Marg Software.
