With the help of Marg ERP software user can set party wise challan or invoice creation power.

In order set power of challan or bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Party Wise Challan”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Party Wise Challan' window will appear.

• In 'Party wise Challan/Bill allowed in Y-All  S-Only in Sale' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps party wise challan or bill option will get enabled in ledger master,

In order to set party wise challan or Invoice Go to Books > All Ledgers.

• A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.

• The user will select that party for whom user needs to allow only bill or challan then press 'F3'  on it.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• Thereafter the user will select other details and press 'Enter' on it.

• Now the other details of the selected ledger will appear.

• In 'Allowed', the user will select 'Invoice/Challan/Both' as per the requirement.

a Invoice: select if only Invoice needs to be created for selected party.

b Challan: select if only Challan needs to be created for selected party.

c Both: select if both Challan as well as Invoice needs to be created for selected party.

• Suppose select 'Invoice.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' to save the changes

As, we have selected 'Invoice' so the software will only allow user to create only invoices for the selected party.

Therefore, when we creates Challan for selected party the software displays a message i.e. 'Only bill allowed to you for this party'.
