How to set Software will stop the billing of that Party whose Credit Limit has been crossed in Marg Software?

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Modify Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Alteration' window will be appear.

• The user will select the ledger whose billing needs to be stopped.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center' and press 'F3' key on it.

 

• A 'Selected Ledger' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Other Detail'.

• A 'Selected Ledger Other Detail' window will appear.

• In 'Credit Limit' option, the user will select 'Stop Billing'.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key to Save the changes.

After the following above steps, the user can view that the Party billing will stop whose Credit Limit has been crossed in Marg Software.
