In Marg ERP Software, the user can only delete that Purchase Type which does not contain any transaction in it. However, if the user needs to delete the Purchase type having transaction then firstly the user needs to delete the transaction or change Purchase type in created transaction that have been made with the Purchase type and only after that it can be deleted.

In order to delete Purchase type, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:-

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Purchase > Delete Purchase.

• The user will select Purchase type which needs to be deleted.
• Suppose select 'Sample' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• Click on 'Delete' button.

After following the above steps, the user can delete the Selected Purchase Type in Marg ERP Software.
