In Marg ERP Software, if Party Ledger shows under Expenses Head while printing Profit and Loss A / C then it can be easily resolved.

In Order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • The user will select ledger in which Sale and Purchase Type needs to be updated.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' and press 'Enter' key on it.

  • The user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

  • The user will click on 'Modify' button.

  • In 'Account Group' option, the user will select 'No'.

  • The user will select the correct 'Account Group'.
  • Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors' and press 'Enter' key.

  • Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Party Ledger will not show under Expenses Head in Marg ERP Software.
