If " Payment failed check your beneficiary detail carefully " alert appears while Online Payment then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user has used a 'Special Character' in bank details or the bank details are wrong.

Solution:

To resole this issue, the user needs to remove a special character from the bank details by following the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • Press 'F3' key on particular ledger in which details needs to be corrected.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

  • Select 'Bank Detail'.

  • Click on 'Modify Bank Detail' button.

  • The user can view the Special Characters in the Bank Details.

  • Now, the user will Remove All Special Characters from the bank details
  • Then, click on 'Save Bank Details' to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can resolve the error of " Payment failed check your beneficiary detail carefully " which appears while making Online Payment in Marg ERP Software.
