How to resolve alert of 'Payment failed check your beneficiary detail carefully' which is appearing while online payment ?

Cause

This issue appears when the user has use a special character in bank details or the bank details are wrong.

 Solution

To resole this issue, the user needs to remove special character from the bank details by following the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. Press Enter.

2. A Ledger alteration window will be appear. Press 'F3' function keyon particular ledger.

3. Select 'Bank Detail'.

4. Thereafter, a Bank master of ledger window will appear. Click on 'Modify Bank Detail'.

5. Now, the user will remove the all special character from the bank details

6. Then click on Save Bank Detail to save the details.
