If Opening outstanding window does not appear at the time of of entering ledger opening ?
In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Entering ledger opening a 'Opening outstanding' window does not appear then this issue can be resolved.
In order to enable Opening outstanding window, the user needs to change party balancing method with "Bill By Bill" by following the below steps:
1. Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger. Press Enter.
2. A Ledger alteration window will appear. Press 'F3' function key on a particular ledger.
3. Select 'Ledger Detail'.
4. A Modify ledger window will appear. Click on Modify Tab.
5. In 'Balancing Method' option, the user will select "Bill by Bill" from the drop down.
6. Then press Ctrl+W to save the changes.
