If Opening Outstanding window does not appear while entering Ledger Opening then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Entering ledger opening a 'Opening outstanding' window does not appear then this issue can be resolved.

In order to enable Opening outstanding window, the user needs to change party balancing method with 'Bill By Bill' by following the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • Press 'F3' key on the particular ledger in which Outstanding window needs to be enabled.
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

  • Click on 'Ledger Detail'.

  • Click on the 'Modify' button.

  • In 'Balancing Method' option, the user will select 'Bill by bill'.

  • Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can enable Opening Outstanding Window will get enabled in Marg ERP Software.
