1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Gross Profit Analysis > Item G.P. Summaries > Waiter/Month Wise.

2. An Item selection window will appear.Press enter on particular item.

3. A Selected Item Waiter/Month wise window will appear.Feed date range.Select other filter options as per the requirement.

4. Now, click on View/Print as per the requirement.
