This option facilitates you to merge that two stations which have been created the same by mistake or for any other purpose.

In order to know the process follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Merge Accounts Masters > Station. Press Enter.

• A Station window will appear.

• In 'Merge Station' option, the user will press Enter.

• A Merge Station window will appear.

• Select that station which needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'Delhi'.

• Now on the next window press Enter for the further process.

• Thereafter a 'With Station' window will appear.

• Now select that station with which the previously selected station needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'N.Delhi'.

• Now select 'Yes' to confirm the merging process of stations.

Thereafter the stations will get merged in the software.
