• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Copy > Export My Database Mobile No.

The user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. F.Year: The user will select the financial year whose data need to be exported.

This Company Only: Select this option if the user needs to export the data for selected company.

All Current Year: Select this option if the user needs to export all current year data of all companies.

All Years: Select this option if the user needs to export All year's data.

b. File Name: It will auto-pick the path where the file will be saved.

Click on 'Accept' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view All Ledger Mobile Number will get exported in Excel in Marg ERP Software.
