• Firstly, go to Reports > Management Report > Gross Profit Analysis > G.P on Consolidated Sale.

A 'Consolidated Sales Book' window will appear where the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Date From-To: The user will feed the date range for which the report needs to be viewed.

b. Operator Name: The user will select the operator name to view the report of the selected operator.

c. Terminal: If working in a multi-user environment the user can mention the Terminal/System Name for which the report needs to be generated.

d. Order from App/Non App: The user can include sale orders from the app and non-app.

e. Less Return's: If the user needs to remove Returns in the report then select 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

f. With Challan: If the user needs to include the challan select 'yes' otherwise keep it as ‘No’.

g. Club Cash Sales: If the user needs to merge cash sale in the report then select 'yes'.

h. +Stock Less: The user will set option as follows.

Yes: To view report with Stock Issue transactions detail.

No: To view report without  Stock Issue transaction details.

Only: To view report of only Stock Issue transactions detail.

i. Detailed/Summary: Select the option to view the report in 'Detail/Summary' as per the requirement.

j. Less Cr/Dr Note Value: If the user needs to less CR/DR Note then select 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

k. Gross Loss/All Items: The user will select whether to view report with Gross Loss or All Item.

l. G.P. After MR. Commission: Select the option as 'Yes' if needs to view Gross Profit after deducting MR Comission otherwise keep it as 'No'.

m. Selected Company: Select the option as 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Company otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

n. More Item Selections: Select the option as 'Yes' for more item selections otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

o. Selected Station: Select the option as 'Yes' to view the report of a particular station wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

p. Selected Area: Select the option as 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Area wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

q. Selected M.R.: Select the option as 'Yes' to view the report of a particular M.R. wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

r. Selected Route: Select the option as 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Route wise otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

s. Selected Party: Select the option to view a report continuingly or separately by Area/M.R./Route.

t. Printing Begins from: Mention the page number from which the report needs to be printed if the user prints the report.

u. Ends Page: Mention the page number upto which the report needs to be printed if the user prints the report.

Now the user will click on 'Accept'.

• A 'G.P. On Consolidated Sales Book' report will get displayed.
• The user can select date wise consolidated gross profit report.
• Suppose select '01-04-2021' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Consolidated Sales Book For Selected Date' report will get displayed.
• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'View/Print/Excel' option as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

• Click on 'Index wise Total'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Gross Profit on Consolidated Sale Book Report will get displayed in Marg Software.
