With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily view the report of month wise debtor statement report which facilitates the user to view debtors balance infact with the each month separately.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Accounts Reports > Monthly Debtors Statement.

• A Debtors Party Statement window will appear

1. Date Range: Enter the Date from which to which the report needs to be viewed.

2. Report: 

The user will click on 'View'.

• Then a Select Party window will appear where all the parties have already been selected by default.

Note: To unselect any party press space bar key on it

After following the above steps the user can view monthly debtor statement report.
