In Marg Software if Current year Outstanding does not match with Last year Outstanding then it can be resolved easily.

In order to Match Current year Outstanding with Last year Outstanding, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Carry Balances.

• An Alert window to close software from all systems.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Carry Balance' window will appear in which if the user requires to carry the balance from the last to new financial year then click on 'Yes'.

• A 'Carry Balance' Options window will appear.

• In 'Carry Ledger Balances' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Outstanding' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key and click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the current year Outstanding will get matched with the Previous year Outstanding in Marg Software.
