If IMEI Number display Negative then how to resolve it in Mobile setup of Marg Software ?

Note:- Before using this option, the user needs to close all node system.

If IMEI Number display Negative then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

In order to remove Negative IMEI Number, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > IMEI Updation > All Items .

  • An 'IMEI Updation' window will appear.
  • In 'As On Date', the user will feed date upto which date IMEI number needs to be correct.
  • Then type 'SURE'. Press 'Enter' key.       

  • A 'Store List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the Store as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Main Store'. Press 'Enter' key.

  • An alert of 'Please be Sure that no one is doing Billing !' will appear.
  • The user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the Negative IMEI Number will get removed in Marg Software.
