Note:- Please take a backup before using this option.

1.Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Misc. Utilities > Compare Data from other f.year > Different financial year company window will appear > Press enter on selected company > Error in comparisons list will appear > Take screen shots of this window & follow the below steps to recover these bills, etc:-

2. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Misc. Utilities > Recover Data from Backup > Recover missing from backup window will be appear > Check the path of backup file and the press enter key > After pressing enter key backup files will be appear > Select the backup file by pressing enter (which is select while compare data) > Date range window will be appear > Feed date range(Which date data user wants to recover) > For 'Recover both' > Then press enter key > All bills of selected date will be appear > Select bill by pressing 'space bar' key or by pressing plus '+' key > Then press 'F6' key from the key board > Type SURE on appear window then press enter. 

3. User have to create bill, voucher etc.(which are missing in current data) manually.
