This option facilitates you to merge that two item companies which have been created the same by mistake or for any other purpose.

In order to know the process follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Merge Inventory Masters > Company. 

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• In 'Merge Company' option, the user will press 'Enter'.

• A 'Merge Company' window will appear.

• Select that company which needs to be merged.

• Suppose, select 'E.Merk'
  

• Now on the next window press 'Enter' for the further process.

• Again a 'Company' window will appear.

• Now select that company with which the previously selected company needs to be merged.

• Suppose select 'E. Merk Pvt. Ltd.'.

• Now select 'Yes' to confirm the merging process of item company.

After following the above steps, the selected companies will get merged in the software.
