In order to replace the Rate-A with zero in all items, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

Note:- If the user facing issue of 'You are not authorized to use this option' while click on Item master multi editing then the user will resolved this issue by click on the given link https://bit.ly/31h6pef

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• In 'Stock As On' feed the date upto which the user needs to view items.

• In 'Stock Status', the user will select 'Whole' and select other filter as per requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key then select 'All Items'.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes'.

• Then user will replace Rate A with the Rate whose rate is zero in item master.

• Suppose select Replace 'A-Rate' with 'B-Rate'.

• Then type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key on it.

After following the above steps, the Rate-A will get replaced with zero.

Note:-Firstly user needs to take backup before use this option.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

2. A 'Direct Command' window will be appear > Enter here password as Current Date in a Reverse form(yy/mm/dd).

3. A 'Command' window will be appear > Enter command 'SELE PRO' press 'Enter' key and type BROW> Then click on 'Run' >An 'Order file' will be open > press 'ESC' key.

4. Then type 'Replace All Ratea with 0' and then click on 'Run'.

After following above mention steps, Rate-A will removed from all items.
