Process To Disable Item Expense window In Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE ITEM EXPENSE WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Expense'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Expense' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Item wise Expenses for Krishi Mandi etc' option, the user will select 'Y'.

In 'Ask Expense every Time in Sale/Purch/Both/Software IQ', the user will select the options as per the requirement.

1. S: If Item Expense needs to enable only for Sale the user will select 'S'.

2. P: If Item Expense needs to enable only for Purchase the user will select 'P'.

3. B: If Item Expense needs to enable for both Sale and Purchase the user will select 'B'.

Suppose select 'S' for Sale.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Expenses Detail window will get enabled while Billing in Mandi Setup of Marg Software.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Item Expense'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Expense' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Item wise Expenses for Krishi Mandi etc' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Expenses detail window will get disabled while Billing in Mandi Setup of Marg Software.
