At the time of create/modify expenses master in mandi setup software showing altert "You are not authorised to use this option" ?
Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Update Operator Power > Select User > Search in All > Search---"Other Inventory" > Then click on Accept > Here is one option show "Other Inventory Masters C-New Y-New/Modify/Delete" > Change that option with "Y" > Press Esc Key from keyboard > Save changes--"YES" > Sure to Quit > Yes.
NOTE:-Relogin must after make changes.
